Construction Management
“Full Service Consulting” includes the following:
- Evaluate sites and structures prior to project commencement
- Create Pro Forma budgets for projects
- Assist in development of Construction Documents for projects
- Coordinate construction with architects, engineers, and owners
- Develop hard costs for guaranteed maximum price contracts
- Coordinate and achieve MBE and WBE goals set for each project
- Coordinate with owners as required
- Verify compliance with LEED program and educate owner as to what LEED requires
- Verify compliance with National Park Service standards for Historical Renovations
- Coordinate with the municipal, federal, and state agencies as required to meet project permitting and occupancy requirements
